Our multiple laser tube-cutting services can produce extremely accurate, and complex laser cut geometry on round, square, rectangular, angle iron, channel and oval tubular materials.
Our multiple open architecture 3D, 5 axis lasers allows for cutting and trimming of formed sheet metal parts, formed tubes, assemblies, and large tubes to 30″ in diameter.
Our CNC machining division works with a diverse range of materials, including steel, plastic, and aluminum of varying thicknesses. We utilize many four-axis CNC machining centers along with CAD/CAM systems and pallet changers to rapidly produce accurate components.
With Certified Weld Inspectors on site we are able to compete for work on large infrastructure projects, such as bridges, railings and buildings for government and private sector companies who require such capabilities.
Our sales and engineering departments are continually updating their skills and technical expertise. We constantly look for better manufacturing methods to give you the highest quality Made in the UK product at the lowest total cost.
