Trunex Limited, Inc. provides precision CNC machining services including turning, milling, and drilling, with travel up to 10ft. Our CNC machining services are practical options for production volumes ranging from prototype manufacturing to high-volume production runs.

Industrial CNC Machining Services

Trunex CNC machining division works with a diverse range of materials, including steel, plastic, and aluminum of varying thicknesses. We utilize many four-axis CNC machining centers along with CAD/CAM systems and pallet changers to rapidly produce accurate components.

CNC Machining Specifications

The CNC machining services are offered as part of a complete one-stop, turnkey package, which includes designing, fabrication, packaging, and shipping. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, which employs a statistical process control (SPC) system and part and tool probing to ensure the quality of our manufactured parts.

Capacities up to 120″ x 40″ x 30″ with max table weight 4,000 lbs.
